Kohlrabi Vegetable Pumpkin Siam
material

4 pieces kohlrabi, cut into matchsticks
100 gr shrimp peeled, roughly chopped
1 liter milk
1 stalk lemongrass, keprek / crushed
2 cm galangal, keprek / crushed 

2 bay leaves
2 lime leaves

Ground spices
6 shallots
3 garlic
4 large red pepper (cayenne if you want to add spicy)
3 eggs hazelnut, toasted
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste ripe

How to make:
1. Saute ground spices together lemongrass, bay leaves and galangal and lime leaves until fragrant and cooked. Enter the shrimp, stir until it changes color. Add coconut milk, bring to a boil while stirring occasionally
