Chocolate fudge Cake Recipe

Ingredients for fudge chocolate cake


  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g of powdered sugar
  • 100 g of sifted flour
  • flour and butter for ramekins
  • 100 g butter

Preparation for Chocolate fudge Cake

  • Preheat the sandwich (180ºC) oven.
  • Melt together the butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Let stand.
  • Blanch the whole eggs and sugar with mixer until a creamy foam.
  • Gently mix the chocolate melted with the eggs sugar preparation. Add little by little the flour.
  • Pour the dough obtained in small ramekins buttered and floured to unmold the fluffy more easily.
  • Bake 7 to 10 minutes in order to get a little dough in the fondant heart.
  • Gently remove from pan and serve immediately.
